Cox: Exhibition Title



I wanted to create a title that had a stamp quality to it. Instead of including the word "imprints" with the title, the stamp effect implies the imprint already. I sketched out the letters, created a stencil, and dabbed a couple of different materials into India ink to figure out which one will be better for the stamp effect. I also experimented with creating a stencil of a tiger and using the same technique I did with the letters. I'm not going to include it on the cover, but I was thinking about maybe the front page of the book.
