My overall idea I want to do as my subject matter is an exhibition about

yes that's correct selfies! Since social media continues to grow Instagram is another social media used to share photos. People take photos of the food they eat, the outfit they wore for the day and most important SELFIES! I have asked all my Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Myspace... Vine followers! I mean the list can go on! I have asked all of them to submit a NEW selfie not yet posted or shared with the social network world. I didn't give the instructions on what they needed to do, I just said take it natural like they would take any other #selfie
Looking and researching self portrait exhibits, its funny to say that perhaps selfies have been around longer than I actually thought!
Every artist is guilty of a little selfie
